It depends on where you are located. It usually takes 1-7 working days for orders to arrive throughout Germany.

International deliveries can take between 7 and 16 days. Delivery details can be found in your confirmation email.

We use the large transport company DPD.

If DPD does not deliver to your area, please contact us and delivery may be possible via another transport company.

We always strive to ensure that our customers are happy with our products, but if you need to return an order, we are happy to help.

As a private individual, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal. Business customers are not entitled to this right of withdrawal.
